Refund/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

Two Shes Productions products and services are non-refundable. Any cancellation or request for exchange of services/products may be submitted via email to info(at)two-shes.com.

Email cancellations/exchange requests must contain the following: First name, last name, company name, invoice number, phone number and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation or exchange of your order, providing your order has not been processed and/or your participation advertised. In the event that a cancellation or exchange request was submitted via email but was documented as received after the order was processed and/or your participation advertised and more than 30 days prior to the event applicable to the service/product purchased, we will provide you with a credit for one year from the date of cancellation applicable for any Two Shes Productions services/events.  You do not qualify for a credit or exchange if such email is received within 30 days to the event applicable to the service/product purchased.
